Photo Interrupter Sensor Technology: Bridging the Gap in Community Safety and STEM Empowerment
At the Capitol Accountability Project (CAP), we believe in building power for the community "brick by brick, from the ground up." While our work often focuses on civic advocacy and demanding appointments, true empowerment also comes from mastering the tools that shape our physical environment. Today, we are looking at how a small but vital piece of technology—the Photo Interrupter Sensor—plays a role in both community safety and the future of Black excellence in STEM.
